  • Project planning & Roadmap alignment with Stakeholders
  • Create Sandbox system (PoC) system by copying PRD VM
  • Technical Evaluation of System requirements
  • Create project development system (DEV+1)
  • Generate stack XML for S4 upgrade
  • S/4 HANA pre upgrade activities - (SI checks, SAP Notes etc.)
  • Backup DB and SAP file system
  • Upgrade S4HANA to version 2023 using SUM
  • Performing upgrade in DEV, QAS and PRD system
  • Post upgrade activities
  • Business Validation tests by business users
